A photographic journey into the symbolic value of movement. Intentions are vague, as it is left open in which direction things are going, by whom they are moved and what the relation to the stage, the photographic frame or backdrop intends. What we are left with are relations of kinetic energy and the aesthetics of this force. A moment of beauty within a potentially tragic trajectory; this series portrays ephemeral moments as true and considerable element of action.

Why does something push somewhere, why does it float, whirl, slide, burst or fall? Who threw it, what does it mean, what do the objects want? The causes remain unknown, behind the camera. The paths are left obscure, as this series investigates the emergence of gestures in a political sense. Facing vast areas and remote structures in the background, the proposition and agenda of the active things remain ambiguous, waiting to be filled by revolutionary thought.
